We love this company -- personable, responsive, fair, and trustworthy. We found Legacy after another garage door company tried to upsell rather than educate us on choices, misdiagnosed our garage door motor, and on a previous occasion said our garage door needed replacement as well. Legacy is truly awesome! Spencer is incredibly knowledgeable, when we talked about installing my new door I felt like he was so passionate about his work. The owner came out the day before and looked over the garage door to diagnose the problem (broken spring). He took time to explain my options and the costs, what the work entailed, and how he would ensure that the repair was complete by balancing the door and lubricating everything. He also said he would check the other garage door that I seldom used and make sure it was working well. I called the next day to see if he could do the work that day; he agreed and said he would be out in the afternoon after completing two jobs already scheduled. He showed up and performed the work outlined, including replacing the lifter bracket to one that was more robust than what was on the door when I moved in. The cost was what he quoted and the job complete in about an hour.
